Starting out in allied health can feel overwhelming. There is so much to learn, so many systems to navigate, and so much pressure to figure it out fast.
At The Empowerment Project, we built a program that takes that pressure off and replaces it with structure, mentorship, and genuine investment in your growth.
We put together the kind of support we wish we’d had as new grads. Real supervision, proper feedback, and people who actually have time for you.
Weekly
1:1 Supervision
Dedicated weekly supervision with a senior clinician: real case discussion, real feedback, no rubber-stamping.
Monthly
Group Inservices
Team inservices covering clinical skills, NDIS, documentation, and the practical realities of allied health practice.
Every report
Peer Report Review
Every report you write gets reviewed and returned with written feedback, building your documentation skills from the ground up.
Monthly
Competency Check-ins
Monthly 1:1 check-ins to review your progress, flag any challenges early, and celebrate your growth as a clinician.
Regular
Guest Speakers
Clinicians, specialists, and leaders from across the health sector, expanding your thinking beyond your own discipline.
Every Week
Work From Home Days
At least two dedicated work-from-home days each week for reports, planning, and admin, so you get real balance from the start.
We are a young team who take the work seriously, and know exactly how to have fun doing it.

Specialist exposure
Upskilling opportunities
Beyond the core program, we give you exposure to specialist areas that most graduates never get to see in their first year.
Learn how to conduct and write FCAs from experienced clinicians, one of the most in-demand skills in allied health and a core part of our NDIS and medicolegal work.
From low-tech aids to complex AT, you will gain hands-on experience with a wide range of equipment and learn how to write AT reports that get funded.
SDA assessments are highly specialised and highly sought after. We provide supervised exposure and training so you build confidence in this area early in your career.
Shadow and assist in independent medicolegal assessments across personal injury, CTP, and workers compensation, a rare opportunity for new graduates.
Home modifications, paediatric assessment, neurological presentations, and more. Depending on your discipline and your interests, we tailor exposure to what matters to you.
