Magdalena Dobkowska

Maggie is an Occupational Therapist who graduated from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours). She is a dedicated, positive, bubbly person who prides herself on providing client-centred practice andsupporting every client to work towards the goals that matter most to them. She has four years of experience working in paediatrics, supporting children with a wide range of needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Global Developmental Delay, ADHD, cerebral palsy, PDA, epilepsy, and Down Syndrome. Maggie has experience in paediatric intervention and functional assessments and is passionate about providing individualised, client-centred support. She is trained in the DIR®/Floortime™ approach and values building strong relationships with clients and families to help support meaningful participation and achieve their goals. Looking ahead, Maggie is keen to broaden her clinical experience into adult occupational therapy and continue developing her knowledge across different areas of practice. She is also able to speak English and Polish. Outside of work, you'll find Maggie catching up with friends, hunting down new restaurants to try, getting lost in a good book, or working on a craft project
