Occupational Therapist
Amira graduated with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) from Western Sydney University. Over the years she's built a strong foundation in both adult and paediatric therapy, working with a really diverse range of people, including those with neurological conditions, developmental delays and psychosocial disabilities.
She has a particular interest in sensory integration, fine motor development, and helping people build their self-care and daily living skills. Her approach is simple: every person is different, so therapy should be too. Amira loves working alongside her clients and their families to figure out what matters most to them, then helping them build the skills and independence to get there. She brings a real appreciation for cultural diversity and inclusivity to her work, making sure everyone feels welcome and understood.
Outside of work, you'll find Amira spending time with family, exploring mindfulness practices, or getting stuck into a good book. She's also passionate about health and wellbeing, and is always happy to share tips on building a more balanced lifestyle. Amira is fluent in English.
