RITU KHANNA

Meet Ritu, our paediatric star!

Ritu has over 20 years of experience working with children and families. She started out in a multidisciplinary early intervention centre, supporting kids with a huge range of needs, from infants in the ICU to children with global developmental delay, autism, cerebral palsy, ADHD and genetic syndromes. That variety gave her a really deep understanding of how every child develops in their own way.

She has extensive experience in play-based early intervention for autistic children, including DIR Floortime and the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM). For Ritu, therapy works best when it feels like play, because that's where kids are most themselves and learn the most. She also holds Level 1 SPD membership.

When she's not in the clinic, Ritu loves being a mum to her daughter and son and spending time with her family. She speaks English, Hindi and Punjabi
